Goals

The goal of SLS Home Solutions is to provide a structured 24-month faith-based transitional housing program designed to meet the needs of low-income individuals, working-class adults experiencing homelessness, and those seeking a fresh start. Through individualized case management, life skills training, financial literacy, employment support, and personal development, residents gain the knowledge, confidence, and stability needed to build a successful future.

Our program emphasizes the development of healthy habits, personal responsibility, and self-sufficiency while providing the support necessary to overcome barriers to stable housing. By the completion of the program, residents are equipped to secure and maintain permanent housing—either by obtaining a home of their own or by successfully transitioning into shared housing with a trusted roommate. Our ultimate goal is to help every resident achieve lasting housing stability, financial independence, and a renewed sense of purpose grounded in faith and community.
